Refund Policy

1. Digital goods — all sales final
Clipzz Tweaks are digital products delivered instantly. Because access cannot be revoked once granted, all purchases are final and non-refundable.
2. Exceptions
We will issue a full refund only in the following cases:
- You were charged twice for the same order due to a payment processor error.
- The product was never delivered and our support team cannot deliver it within 72 hours.
- A refund is required by applicable consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction.
3. Not eligible
- Change of mind or accidental purchase after the product has been delivered.
- Performance results that do not match your expectations (gains depend on hardware).
- Inability or unwillingness to follow the included setup guides.
- Compatibility issues with software you installed alongside the tweaks.
- Account actions taken by third-party games or platforms.
4. How to request
Open a ticket in the Clipzz Discord with your order email and order ID within 7 days of purchase. We review every eligible request within 3 business days.
5. Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback without first contacting support is a breach of these terms and results in immediate license termination across all Clipzz products.
