Terms of Service

By purchasing, downloading, or using any Clipzz Tweaks product ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the tweaks on devices you own. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, reverse engineer, or share the files, scripts, or guides with any third party.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to purchase. If you are under 18, you must have parental permission.

Products are delivered digitally and instantly after a successful payment. It is your responsibility to provide a valid email and keep your access credentials safe. Sharing access constitutes a breach of license and may result in termination without refund.

• Do not use Clipzz Tweaks to cheat, exploit, or break the rules of any game or platform.
• Do not bundle our tools with malware, mods, or scripts that violate third-party ToS.
• Do not abuse the Discord community, support staff, or other customers.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Performance gains depend on your hardware, drivers, network, and game version, and are not guaranteed.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clipzz Tweaks is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost data, lost profits, hardware damage, or account actions taken by third-party platforms. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product in the prior 30 days.

We may suspend or terminate your license at any time for breach of these terms, including license sharing, chargebacks, or abuse. Termination does not entitle you to a refund.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
