Terms of Service

These terms are a binding agreement between you and Clipzz Tweaks. By visiting clipzztweaks.com, buying a product, or using any Clipzz software, you accept them. If you do not agree, do not use our products or website.

You must be at least 13 years old to use our services, and at least 18 (or have a parent or guardian's permission) to make a purchase.

When you buy a tier (Basic, Pro, or Extreme), you get a personal, non-transferable license to use the Clipzz software on your own PC. The license is delivered as a key and does not expire.

You may not:

• share, sell, trade, or give away your license key;
• use one license across multiple people or machines at the same time;
• decompile, reverse engineer, or modify the software;
• redistribute our software or tweaks, in whole or in part, commercially or otherwise.

Upgraded or changed your PC? HWID resets are free — reach out on Discord and we'll move your license to the new hardware.

Delivery is instant and digital. After payment, your license key is shown on the order confirmation page and emailed to the address you entered at checkout. If it doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder, then contact us on Discord.

Clipzz products support Windows 10 and Windows 11. We can't guarantee results on modified or custom Windows builds. Performance gains vary by hardware — the numbers shown on our site are real results from test machines, not a promise of identical results on yours.

Every license includes all future updates to its tier at no extra cost. Support is provided through our Discord server; Pro and Extreme customers receive priority responses.

You agree not to:

• use our products or website for anything illegal;
• attempt to access our systems, other customers' accounts, or license keys that are not yours;
• abuse, exploit, or interfere with our website, checkout, or affiliate system;
• misrepresent Clipzz Tweaks or claim affiliation we haven't agreed to.

Affiliates earn commission on sales made through their referral link, starting at 20% — we raise rates for affiliates as their sales grow. Your current rate is always shown in your dashboard. Payouts are sent via PayPal, with a $10 minimum. Self-referrals, fake purchases, spam, misleading advertising, and any form of commission fraud are prohibited — we may withhold commissions from fraudulent activity and close accounts that break these rules. Commissions on refunded or charged-back purchases are reversed.

We may suspend or revoke licenses and accounts that violate these terms — including key sharing, fraud, and chargebacks on delivered products. See our Refund Policy for how chargebacks are handled.

Our products are provided "as is." While every tweak is tested and creates a Windows restore point before applying, we make no warranty that the software will be error-free, compatible with every configuration, or achieve specific performance numbers on your machine.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clipzz Tweaks is not liable for indirect or consequential damages — including lost data, downtime, hardware issues, or third-party account actions — arising from use of our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top reflects the latest version, and continued use of our products after a change means you accept the updated terms.
