Refund Policy

Clipzz Tweaks sells digital products delivered instantly. Once your license key has been generated and delivered, the sale is final and we do not offer refunds.

This is because a delivered license can't be "returned" — the moment your key is issued you have full access to the product, and that access can't be undone the way a physical return can.

To make sure the product is right for you before purchasing:

• read the tier descriptions and make sure you're picking the right one;
• confirm you're on Windows 10 or 11;
• ask us anything in Discord first — we answer pre-purchase questions every day.

Trouble getting a tweak working doesn't qualify for a refund — but it does qualify for our help. Join the Discord and we'll troubleshoot with you until it's working. Every tweak also ships with 1-click revert, so your PC can always go back to how it was.

We will make it right in these cases:

• Duplicate charge — accidentally billed twice for the same order? The duplicate is refunded in full.
• Key never delivered — if payment went through but no key arrived on-screen or by email, contact us; we'll deliver it or refund you.
• Unauthorized payment — if you believe your card was used without permission, contact us right away with the order details and we'll investigate.

Filing a chargeback on a delivered product instead of contacting us is treated as fraud: the license is revoked immediately, the associated account and hardware are banned from future purchases, and we dispute the chargeback with our payment processor. If something's wrong with your order, talk to us first — we're fast and fair.
